Aged Care
The Denmac Windsor Senior’s Living Development is one that has been in the pipeline for many years. Formerly Mercedes Benz’ Used Car Site, Denmac Windsor offers to create a reference point for people traveling to and from the city. We’ve proposed a 12-storey building, which steps down with the topography of the land, from West to East.
The tower has been divided into 2 distinct buildings, the western tower (independent living units) and the eastern tower (residential aged care). The western tower has northern and western exposures, with recessed common spaces to allow for breezes, natural light and expanding views.
WESTERN TOWER
9 Independent Living Units (ILUs) per floor comfortably sized with access to a private outdoor balcony space.
Premium accommodation on levels 9 and 10
Floor to ceiling heights of minimum 3.6m (ground floor) and 2.7m (upper levels)
EASTERN TOWER
14 Residential Aged Care (RAC) beds per floor
Expanding views, natural daylight and fresh air
Floor to ceiling heights of minimum 3.6m (ground floor) and 2.7m (upper levels)
ROOFTOP
On Level 11, over 360sqm of partially covered roof terrace and manicured landscape create an urban resort overlooking the beautiful Brisbane skyline. This community area provides an outdoor space ideal for leisure and social activities.
