Denmac Nominees is a Brisbane-based property development company that focuses primarily on commercial use redevelopment. We work with multi-national tenants, franchisee groups and local entrepreneurs to deliver tailor-made, tenant-driven projects.
With experience in property developments for a range of industry uses, Denmac has been involved with the development of hotels, restaurants, childcare and aged care facilities, drive-thru retail outlets, warehouses, petrol stations, car yards and tyre shops. History
The Real Estate Investment Trust that Denmac Nominees operates has its origins in the Denmac Ford car dealerships that were prominent through the 1980s and 90s. Started by family patriarch Denis McEniery, these properties are all now redeveloped or repurposed to ensure that the once bustling car yards remain thriving and valuable pieces of prime real estate, providing opportunities for a new generation of businesses.
