This project involved the refurbishment of a Bryan Byrt Ford dealership site with frontage to busy Mt Gravatt-Capalaba Road. The site was leased to the Bedding and Furniture Outlet (BFO) for several years until Denmac lodged a Development Application in June, 2016 for student accommodation and mixed-use towers, with the Development Approval signed off in early 2019. The site has since been sold to a local developer.
