Formerly a Denmac Ford dealership on Moorooka’s ‘Magic Mile’, the site was redeveloped in 2015 as the Moorooka Service Centre, incorporating a Shell Coles Express, Gloria Jeans drive-through and kebab shop on the site.

Denmac partnered with Hutchinson Builders to construct the Service Centre, with the development anchored by a 15-year lease to Viva Energy Australia, the exclusive licensee of Shell Petroleum. This project marked our first deal with Viva Energy Australia and since completion the Shell Coles Express has become their top performing petrol station in the Brisbane Metro area.
