Denmac’s first foray into North Queensland, this development began in 2016 with the procurement of several delinquent properties on Mulgrave Road in Cairns. The properties were amalgamated, and a Development Approval obtained for a Shell Coles Express, a drive-through café and food & drink outlet.

Continuing our relationship with Viva Energy Australia, Shell Coles Express is the anchor tenant on a 15-year lease, which commenced early 2017. Boxhead Drive-through Café opened in May 2019, joining Finger Lickin Chicken as the other tenants on this site.
