Purchased in 2016, Denmac submitted a Development Application for a Shell Service Centre with an attached NightOwl convenience store. Construction of this project concluded in November 2017 and the Shell Service Centre commenced trading that same month, as the anchor tenant on a 15-year lease. In early 2018, Ric’s Artisan Bakery joined the Shell Service Centre on the site.
