Formerly the original Denmac Ford site, the location had been largely under-capitalised since Denmac ceased operation.

In 2018, we broke ground on a large-scale industrial development of almost 15,000sqm of Gross Floor Area over 2.8Ha of land. As of late 2019, the Darra site is tenanted by two AAA tenants, Laser Central and PremiAir Hire, both on 10-year leases.

The building boasts more than $1.5 million worth of solar infrastructure and is the largest privately-owned solar system in Queensland. The site also features six high-speed cranes, state-of-the-art fibremesh concrete and is well-positioned with unparalleled Ipswich Motorway visibility.
