Denmac acquired the two neighbouring Darra properties to its existing Ipswich Road site with a view to significant site upgrades, replacing the outdated buildings with a Truck Service Centre, truck wash and drive-through café.

In partnership with Hutchinson Builders, the site took shape rapidly with the re-developed property opening in December 2019. Anchored by Freedom Fuels, tenants Vodafone Australia and Banjos Bakery join the Denmac-owned “Mac’s Truck Wash” as the other businesses operating on the site, which is close by to the Transport and Main Roads Vehicle Inspection Centre.
