This site was originally home to the Metro Ford Dealership that serviced the northside of Brisbane. Mercedes Benz Windsor later took over the site for its Used Car Sales and Servicing, and following Mercedes’ departure, Denmac took the opportunity to completely repurpose this site.

In 2017, we commenced work on developing a vertical aged care facility, recognising the growing need for aged care options in inner Brisbane, and taking advantage of the already excavated basement. Development Approval is expected in early 2020.
